about a facility manager of KAGAHO

He was born at Hofu, Yamaguchi prefecture and learnt economy at univercity at Hiroshima.He had decided to work for disabled people when he was 22 because of his father. His father used to join with Self-Defence Force, then work for disabled people after that.

He learnt a lot of things about organization and structures of company at several companies, then he has been working here at KAGAHO as a facility manager. He loves to watch movies and reading books for increasing his sense of humor when he has time.

His philosophy is

　　”No long-term care without philosophy”

He wants to provide services with good quality for them and sharing the philosophy with staffs working here. It's his policy and doing what does he has to do.

There are houses and a village at KAGAHO
-to continue your ordinary life-

There are houses called UNIT at the village named KAGAHO.

It means to continue their ordinaly life as same as before.

They used to live their house. There are other's houses and villages around it.

We would like to keep their life circumstances as like as their life before even if they move here.

There is a cafe named "Hokkori Cafe" in the village.

A public bath named "KAGAHO no YU".

There is a shop called "100 yen shop". You can buy one item by 100 yen.
